What this is

Rehearsal Rooms is a free beta feature operated by Corona Strings, a Filipino violin atelier based in Marikina. It lets ensemble organizers create private, temporary “rooms” to share PDFs of sheet music with their members. Files in a room are automatically deleted seven days after the room is created.

What you may upload

By creating a room you confirm that you have the right to share, with the people you invite to that room, every file you upload. That includes for example:

• Public-domain sheet music (compositions out of copyright)
• Editions or parts your ensemble has lawfully licensed or purchased
• Your own arrangements or compositions
• Material you own outright
• Material the rights-holder has expressly permitted you to share

Do not upload commercial editions (Henle, Bärenreiter, Schott, Hal Leonard, Boosey, etc.) that your ensemble has not licensed, or any other copyrighted material you don’t have the right to share. We’ll ask you to confirm this on every room you create.

What we promise

• Rooms are private — only people with the URL token can view files.
• We do not list rooms publicly or index them in search engines.
• We do not routinely look inside rooms.
• Files are auto-deleted seven days after the room is created.
• Creators can delete files individually or end the room early to delete everything immediately.
• We use Supabase Storage to hold files temporarily; access is via short-lived signed URLs (1 hour).

What you accept

• The service is provided as-is, with no warranties. We may be down for maintenance or change features.
• You’re responsible for the content you upload and for the people you share room URLs with.
• Corona Strings reserves the right to delete any room or file at any time without notice, particularly in response to a takedown report or terms violation.
• Repeated or wilful infringement may result in your account being banned from Rehearsal Rooms.
• Free use during beta is not a guarantee of future free use.

Copyright takedown

If you believe content on Rehearsal Rooms infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request via our copyright takedown page. We aim to remove infringing content within 48 hours of receiving a complete request, and to notify the room creator.

Privacy

Use of Rehearsal Rooms is governed by the main Corona Strings privacy policy. Files you upload are not analyzed, scraped, or trained on.
